I think that we all know that somebody had their hand on the soft police approach and that it most likely was Trump and a few of his appointed friends. When foreign law enforcement can immediately spot the blatant lack of law enforcement and the procedures that are normal worldwide then folks we got some people hoping to not get caught at what appears to be an attempted coup. As the days go by then I think people are going to see how the puzzle pieces fall into place. All we can hope is that arrests are made quickly and publicly displayed.
First spotlight is on the person that can begin the trail..the now resigned head of the Capitol Police. That person knows things....

De Voss, Chao, and the others resigning are rats trying to leave a sinking ship before the USS Trump sinks and drowns them all. Trying to wash the Trump stink off before it sticks. Too late, in my opinion. Trump is poison, and now more people finally understand it.

I looked at a few youtube videos and everyone was bragging that the police were just letting them in easily. That my friends says that someone gave an order to just treat them nicely but I am not sure if they believed these people would actually go into the building and destroy it. No doubt someone made this easy peasy and they will be brought to light.

    Neither rioting is justified.

If you think one is justified and not the other, you are a hypocrite and part of the problem.

I told you. This was planned by the President to violently overthrow Congress. This was why Esper was ousted.

I don't like rioting, but I can at least empathize with people who are doing it for the right reasons. But thanks for the false equivalence.

I have no doubt there are some bad cops in there, but *IF* the police were outmanned, de-escalation overall isn't a horrible strategy. Let the seditionists think they can just have a good time and party because they "won" easy access to the building. If some police had taken a line, would there have been more firefights inside the halls of congress? How many dead? Rather than just that 1 woman who had to be put down.

The bigger questions are why was there such a light police presence in the 1st place, and why wasn't the national guard given authorization for as long as 90 minutes. Unlike Bengazi, there *WAS* a stand down order from the top. That delay could have led to some killings, and it really does suggest this was an orchestrated coup attempt by our favorite Traitor President.

That letter signed a few days ago by every living Secretary of Defense is starting to look like something bigger and more urgent than we initially understood.

There were riots after Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated. Do you consider those riots to be as morally repugnant as the Trumpers rioting in the Capitol to try and overturn a free and fair election that their guy lost?

Riots are never acceptable. Most start out as protests that go bad. I can empathize with protesters who are protesting centuries of racial injustice. What happened yesterday? No empathy whatsoever. There is a difference between good trouble that unfortunately turns violent, and the pure stupidity we saw yesterday.

Yes. I think they are equally morally repugnant.

Also, comparing BLM to MLK being assassinated 50 years ago is a joke.

If I said, “I don’t like any riots, BUT I can empathize with the people who stormed the Capitol,” none of you would take that (nor should you). Youd all find that unacceptable and call me part of the problem.

So I’m not going to take that from you all.

Rioting is despicable from both sides.

My entire life have been very good at observing the obvious while others tend to come up with so many scenarios to complicate what is truly clear. 1. Trump has been very clear in the fact that something was coming up. He knew. 2. Trump, Giuliani and Don Jr didn't hold back did they? They were very excited to make sure everyone knew why they were called there. 3. The "mob" made a beeline for the Capitol and didn't take long for some to pass through the fence which of course like rats the rest followed. 4. No resistance at a building known for tight security. 5. No call for additional help for 3 hours. 6. There was a portion of police that were being helpful and providing assistance. 7. NO arrests were made out of all those people in the building. They politely escorted everyone out of the building. 8,. FInally, there were people there that had intent and were wasting no time in trying to fulfill that intent which one can surmise meant taking hostages.

Trump never told them to stop and was enjoying the show which say's that he was expecting more to happen. His first message came out on video hours later. The Capitol Chief resigned immediately and for sure he knows something as I am sure so do others and knowing the Trump style you can bet there was serious pressure put on some key people.

This will all come out soon that I am very confident.
