This thread about to get A LOT of play lol None of these guys will be on our radar, just adding people i see ending up in the portal
Lots of names but really only way we spend our time and energy and that’s in the DL. we need 3 contributors next year with at least 1 being a plug and play guy at least of Shuler’s ability. here is how I see it for next year. starters: 1’s Dexter Dunlap if returns which makes sense. 2’s Lee Humphries Goods Recruits coming in Watson Thomas- possible transfers ( need 2) McDougle- WVU/Wash St. 6’0 292- 2 years left and I think should be a take. Durden- NO kid from Va gone to Cincy Pickering- Not in portal, not sure where weight is, not sure if he’s a DT not sure we can wait. NO gotta have some plug and play guys next year or could be in trouble. IMO McDougle is worth the chance. only other guy we jump for is Cooper possibly from FSU if he enters.
saw this somewhere.... From LSU 247 reporter: "I’m hearing true freshman tight end Arik Gilbert is “really, really homesick” as a source put it, and LSU is fighting to keep him from heading back to Marietta, Ga. While at home during the pandemic, sources tell me Georgia let him know he had a permanent home in Athens and that could be something to watch. Another source told me "some coaches have stayed in his ear and the chatter has grown louder" after the season LSU has had. However, the word that has come up the most is homesick with the effects from the pamdemic a factor. In nine games, the 6-foot-5, 251-pounder grabbed 35 passes for 368 yards and two touchdowns. Both marks lead all current Tiger receivers and the two scores ranks second, so the day 1 starter has been targeted often by LSU quarterbacks."
Terrible career move for him if he goes to Georgia. They already have a 5-star TE on their roster and he has 2 catches on the year.
Yea Darnell gotta find out that being stubborn not the move. I mean he probably doesn't see the field much this year had he came here but next year he def would have
