More specifically, ALL Republican presidents since 1980. Nada a peep. But they'll howl, scream, whine, fuss and rage over Obama.
You can’t forget what you never knew. You guys are quoting/referencing likely the least informed poster on this forum...
Grabbed some bagels on the way in for my crew. No one in line had a mask (except for me). The serving crew was dialed. Not sure why people have to be such inconsiderate A-Holes. Is it really hard to care about other people?
Skipped Festivus? The whole damn year has been one large airing of grievances. We all have a lot of problems with you people!
Where is "western NC" for you? Not that I plan on travelling for at least another year, but I am curious. Greensboro/Winston-Salem have actually been pretty good about (begrudgingly in many cases) respecting each other and mask/distance requirements. Other than doctor appointments, I have only been in stores 4-6 times since March, but looked like pretty good commitment in my part of town. My one and only emergency trip was to a CVS ~ 30 miles out of Greensboro and it was like going to a completely different state.....like Mississippi levels of ignorance.
West of Charlotte... mountains and farms. Small cities. And even Charlotte suburbs. Heavy population areas seem better.
US Coronavirus: The country reported more than 2,100 deaths in a single day. Things are projected to get worse - CNN
Weird, I was told it was gone on 04Nov. Idiots around here licking doorknobs like everything is fine.
Anyone else concerned that a large portion of Americans will resist vaccination? Apparently, the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine has some very nasty side effects. Considering that many people don't even realize it when they contract Covid in the first place, I could see a large segment of the citizenry rejecting vaccination. More turbulent times ahead, to be sure.
I’m not particularly worried about people resisting vaccination. At that point, my duty to protect those people from harm by altering my behavior ends. You can lead a horse to water.
You could feel just like you got a milder case of COVID. Not that different from folks who claim they got the flu from the flu shot. Neither vaccine reaction should cause significant respiratory symptoms, however.
Big indicator of hospitals being overrun when staff shortages are driving salaries that high. Wouldn't you agree?
Each of these is from a different state dated within the last 72 hours +/-. I could post more but this should be sufficient to document the shortage since staff shortages don't seem to be relevant for you Pennsylvania Faces Full ICUs Within a Week as Coronavirus Cases Surge | Health News | US News Missouri reports lowest ICU bed capacity; 17% open beds remaining | FOX 2 (fox2now.com) Arizona's hospital beds are filling up as COVID-19 cases again spike | Local news | tucson.com Idaho COVID-19 hospitalizations at highest so far during pandemic, 123 ICU beds available | KBOI (idahonews.com) How many ICU beds are actually available for adults in state hospitals | KELOLAND.com Hospitals preparing for 'dangerous shortage' of ICU beds amid rise in COVID-19 cases | KSTP.com 'No ICU Beds to Be Found' | MedPage Today COVID-19 hospitalizations back on the rise in Illinois; state's positivity rate drops to 10.9% | Northwest Herald (nwherald.com) 'An overwhelmed hospital system': Intensive care unit beds in Utah are 88% full | KSL.com Coronavirus pressures Mississippi hospitals; no ICU beds in Natchez, Brookhaven, state reports - Magnolia State Live | Magnolia State Live
