This was a paper released on Oct 23rd about how the Mask mandates worked in the US. They pulled the paper after they realized their paper was garbage. It's evident that with the WHO breakout(which we know will follow guidelines) that anything other than N95 masks won't stop the spread of Covid. Cloth masks might slow it down a tiny bit, but lets be real, it's not working well at all.
