We appear to be on pace for a new record today. Texas numbers aren't even in yet. Could crack 150,000.

Each governor has more power to lock their states, local authorities even more.

Anyone waiting on the feds is a fool and buck passer.

What we thought was potentially COVID ended up being multiple pulmonary embolisms. Luckily they were caught in time and she's at home doing well. Thanks for asking!

Heck I'm not sure if they ever tested her. I'll have to ask her. We were so freaked out by the PEs that we forgot all about COVID concerns.

They tested her. My mom did a recent ICU stint. We were the same way - other things to worry about. We later learned she was negative and of course no one gets admitted w/o a test.

Also doing tday without extended fam. Different but we're kinda looking forward to it. The other option sucks, so...

    Holy smokes.

And we have an admin that has completely abandoned doing anything since the chief weakling is crying somewhere in a WH bunker.
