It's actually a better gauge to see how any increase in "cases" correlates to deaths. Having deaths from 1-2 months ago added on say tomorrow doesn't help with us understanding if cases increasing leads to more deaths and by what percentage. This isn't hard to understand.

It may not be hard to understand, but I'm having trouble grasping the concept.

Using incomplete data is better, why?

Not incomplete at all. Just assign the death on the day it happens. backdating i guess has to happen. This isn't complicated.

The chart you posted is incomplete, it shows deaths tapering off, but that is only because the deaths from those days haven't been added yet. The data you presented is incomplete and pretty useless for saying anything about the last 1-2 months.

Look at the faces of the participants. The difference should be obvious.

Am I nuts, or does the top photo look completely photoshopped? Especially the middle/upper left.

So 1-2 months from now, they won't be adding on deaths from now like they have every month so far? Why not?

Well, I guess they will when the hospitals go back and find a PCR test of 40 on a 95 year old with stage 4 lung cancer and label her a Covid death for the money. If it takes them 2 months to label a death Covid at this point then yes I'm raising the BS flag.

Has Biden asked them to not gather? His words would carry a lot of power.

I think the PCR at 40 is a huge part of this. I really would like to see what 35 looks like. I think THAT is where the problem is. The 40 number is just adding drama where it is not needed.

Still not how the death reporting process works. Regardless, it is highly likely that they are underreporting deaths right now.

Are they still gathering? It seemed to me like it was a 24 hour thing. I agree that if these things are still going on he should say something.

No, there aren't still the big street parties in cities. They were spontaneous and have been stopped, often with local Democratic leaders encouraging people not to do that.

Is there any reason to think that PCR results at 35 aren't strongly correlated with PCR results at 40?
