Grantham has managed to ruin a great display by this offense. The guy just does not learn or adjust. It's going to be ugly on 3rd down all season. Safety is shaky and some guys still can't tackle. All of that means we are stuck with Grantham until CDM makes a change, which is not likely. He is loyal to his guys

Almost like the world hasn’t been turned upside down due to a pandemic.

 

Yeah, he's not much of a poker player. All in, All in, All in. Not a lot of trap in his game. Oh well. Good game.

 

Loved the way Trask played, but serious work needed on defense. Our secondary looked lost again, even worse than in the orange bowl. Was hoping for a lot more pressure on corral and having someone tackle corral when he takes off. Still relieved....could have been a lot worse.

Corrall and Plumlee are both better than anyone ugly has. Once again this was game #1 vs a P5 school. You CAN'T take anything away from game #1.

Trask, Pitts, and the offense were fantastic. Grantham still sucks.

Nothing too unexpected, all in all a great day to be a Gator

 

This To me is what has been frustrating. We Saw the offense perform and time and time again I was waiting for the defense to take any of the opportunities they had to do something. Tackling, pressure, discipline, pass coverage, etc....very very little to be happy with

 

Good news, we put up 642 yards of offense.

Bad news, we gave up 613 yards on defense.

 

I can take away the fact grantham had this defense NOWHERE ready to play
You cannot deny that

 

We could be Oklahoma...

 

Dude, take a walk or something. Not saying everyone doesn’t recognize that there is hopefully lots of improvements to make, but we won the game, setting some records while doing so. If you can’t take satisfaction from a win, find another pastime. Why be miserable?

I lol at that one post cause we were without some starters..lost Shawn Davis right off....I hope they do a lot of tackling drills. .they need it
