Pac-12 Announces Rapid Testing Breakthrough, Results In 15 Minutes

Looks like momentum for the Big 10 and the PAC 12 to return to play either in early October or November. Good news on the rapid test. That will be great for businesses as well.

 

So, another insult from 95, and, this time, in support of a made up straw man argument.


I don't know what kind of cold heartedness it takes to consider 186,000 deaths over 6 months, and still 1000 deaths a day, as worthy of mocking others who are unhappy with such totals.

But, we see it every day from these two "thintheherders." One who mocked a poster who wrote about his father's suffering.

But it is to be expected from people who don't feel the pain of others.

Not a single person here or anywhere predicted 3-4K deaths a day with the July-August surges, no one. Everyone acknowledged that a large enough percent were young and not in the high risk category. Enough that we would NOT see proportional death increases. It was said that there was still enough community spread to see a significant increase, which happened. I can’t figure out why exactly they’re strutting around with their chests puffed out as if they really showed us something...

 

Actually we should be around 1.8 million and some change Dead Americans this year, but heck, who’s counting.

And, if you do not understand how a serious illness exacerbates comorbidities, such as a lung infection for an asthmatic, then is shows that you have as little understanding of disease factors and causes of death as you do of numbers and statistics.

Remember when you posted the APA position on returning kids to school, the APA repealed that position, multiple posters replied to your posts with the updated position, and you kept posting the repealed position? That didn’t take long to get disproven.

 

Since the issue is whether i am lying in accusing you of having repeatedly posted the position walking back its late July position in early August, why don't we link some of the posting history to assess whether you, or I, am being truthful? Just some of it. There were a lot of posts about it. August 2 in the 76% campers/Georgia camp thread.

Edit: And, since we are deciding who is telling the truth and who is not, my next post below will be from this very thread on August 1, when I responded to you directly by posting the actual AAP statement walking back the position you kept arguing-- the day before you re-posted what you linked in the posts pasted here.

The question here is what the severity is. I didn't see anything mentioning what the severity was. That is a better question to ask.

 

Here you go. The day before the posts I linked in 17473, where on August 1, you posted the repealed position and I posted the new AAP position. and, the next day, you argued the repealed position.

So, the whole forum can decide who is telling the truth.
