Sorry to hear that. Same with the guy that delivered my groceries today.

Instacart has become an incredibly valuable service. I make sure to tip well. I hope folks in Tacoma do too.

I'm curious about the various folks who deliver here. Older/younger, some seeming professionals who might have also lost their jobs too. I've even had people delivering in a BMW and once in an Escalade. The latter seemed particularly strange. :)

do you think people will ever wake up and realize that Trump misled them and helped set us up for this massive fail?

how do you isolate people in nursing homes that need people to help take care of them? Nurses, CNA, therapists, cooks, maintenance workers, cleaning people all go to work at nursing homes. They bring covid with them. How do they isolate?

I know a guy who quit his full time job making $16 an hour because he was making $20+ an hour from instacart. So it isn't neccesarily all people that lost their jobs

This was much friendlier than what I wanted to write. I like your use of "qualifiers" in place of what I would have bluntly claimed was prejudice.

Beaver Falls empty into Lake Superior at Beaver Bay. Water here at lakeside was probably about 55 degrees. Went about 100ft across a rock pile into the Beaver river and took a swim in 75 degree water. Took our pup for her first swim today. She was hesitant, but managed to let me hold her and I made her swim back to shore. She did it! Here's Beaver Bay looking out to Lake Superior Beaver Bay copy.jpg .

Our day started here at Illgen Falls in Tettegouche State Park. This was the third new waterfall we explored this summer.
