Suggestion: instead of the managers, set up a company wide call for everyone? And lay it out on 5 minutes? Hearing the bosses voice can have a powerful effect and empower the managers, midlevel bosses etc
If they believe he has been wrong they should fire him but they won't do that. Fauci should be the one distancing himself from the Trump administration.
It's going to go away like magic. 15 cases and it's going to zero. If we stop testing, there will be no new cases.
If Fauci were good at his job he would have figured out how to get disinfectant into the body or maybe implemented light treatments. Why does Trump have to do all the thinking?
Right, and that's why I predicted the death count to start to rise 2 weeks ago, but it started happening last week instead. This might be due to catching diseases early combined with an improved hospital capacity since mortality really spikes when resources are strained. I would think that better treatment and younger infected would just reduce overall mortality rate, which is happening, and not simply delay deaths.
Maybe I should have read the article to the end. Trump can't fire Fauci. So they will do everything to discredit him. Fauci should do everything in his power to get the facts out despite the what Trump is saying. Let history decide who was right.
So today was Balls Bluff. 15 minutes From my House d county park, it was a civil war battle site, but has some nice trails around the battlefield, including some that run along the River. The battle is notable for a few reasons, but most notably it is the only battle in US history where a US senator was killed. There is also a small union cemetery on site (one of the smallest in the country with a think 25 graves). For history buffs... Battle of Ball's Bluff - Wikipedia this is a side canal to the Potomac.
Nice. I hit Linville Gorge, NC. “The Grand Canyon of the East”. There’s like a dozen places that call themselves that but this one was is quite impressive. Not Grand but definitely Great.
Meanwhile COVID party time in Michigan July 4 weekend: Hundreds of people celebrated the July 4 weekend at a Michigan lake. Now some have Covid-19
Listening to a podcast interview with a virologist from New York Pro Health hospital system and for the second time and two weeks, he has admitted a patient who is PCR positive for Coronavirus for a second time. This newest patient is a doctor and a co-worker of the person on the podcast, so he knows this patient well. This patient tested positive for Covid-19 in April. After 4 weeks was negative, and had antibody levels so high he became a plasma donor. Three weeks ago, this doctor again came down with a fever and chills, had shortness of breath and was tested positive again for Covid-19. As with the previous case, it appears this second bout is much, much worse. The first time the patient just stayed home. This time he has had to been admitted to Covid ward this time. It is a major concern because other Coronaviruses (according to these people) do not afford us life long immunity, but 3 months seems unbelievably short period of time. It is scary if they do.
I love that area. I did a hike in Pisagh a few year ago and loved the area around Burnsville so much I have kept an eye out for property around there. Came down close to buying a place a while back, but will at some point. Meantime, I’ll look into that hike at some point, looks great.
