they hardly look like they were ‘having fun’. As a strong 2A advocate I would say their muzzle and trigger Discipline was fairly poor. But not uncommon for people in heightened anxiety. I was training someone recently with minimal experience, and when I gave her a few tasks to saturate her mind she began to stand on her tip toes and raise the firearm in the air as she fired. Considering the fact these people broke down a gate to enter the community, no telling what the "protesters" would have done if the 2 "right wing Heroes" weren't standing in front of their home armed. I know from my perspective, I wouldn't want to take the chance of finding out.
Other houses on the street were not bum rushed and they didn’t stand in their yard with guns pointing them like newbies. #fail.
IF a large group broke down the gate to my neighborhood to walk by my house to one of my neighbors, I think the first thing I would do is call the police. Can’t imagine they’d expose the mayor around the corner to a long wait time......

After the fact. The reality is as i said.. You wouldn't know what the "protesters" would do. And you also don't know how the whole gun incident affected the protesters actions. It's all a matter of conjecture. Crazed mobs caused over 400 million damage across the country in the first week of protests. I wouldn't want to find out if i was next on their list.
Pedestrian = a person walking along a road or in a developed area. That would include protesters. Breaking a gate and going on to private property, if that’s what happened, is trespass. One can’t point a loaded gun at a trespasser unless one has a well founded fear of harm. Not liking protesters or their message does not in and of itself constitute a well founded fear.
We’ve all known people like this. They’re just wired differently and make the world a less enjoyable place. They are angry and dangerous and deserve to have their guns confiscated.
No. The firearms were seized as they have evidentiary value. Because both of these people are lawyers, I suspect the weapons are being submitted to Missouri's version of FDLE to test fire them and otherwise make sure they are operational in an abundance of caution.
