More liberal states and their media accomplices make up more fake news: Inside a Texas hospital overwhelmed by virus cases: "It seems like it's going to be getting a lot worse"
Listen, I know hospitals are filling up, people are dying and the economy may tank again, but there is no damn way that is going to get me to wear a mask for 12 minutes a day. It violates my constitutional rights and setting me up for "carbon monoxide" poisoning. Heavy sarcasm.
Arizona not overrun either.....they just felt like being jerks and shipping their patients out of Tuscon as a prank. This is not real news (this one actually kills me. Arizona was the most beautiful place that I have ever lived and hate see this happen there): https://tucson.com/news/local/covid...cle_9eb4cfb1-a1cb-5466-82b3-e23829be35ff.html
Don’t forget what the national government was telling people then. You can’t judge Deblasio because her was misled. And, you are tr last one to look back and blame anyone for being wrong. We are more than 3000 cases times where you said we would cap out in this country.
I don't really know. I'd caution against jumping to conclusions. The known positives are under isolation, the unknowns are not, so it doesn't seem unreasonable to me that it could be a wash. I've seen way too many times when conventional wisdom just doesn't work. For example, when beta blockers first came out, they were considered contraindicated in heart failure patients. It's a medication that makes the heart pump slower and less strongly, so it made perfect sense not to give them to people with already weak hearts. As it turns out though, it actually improves mortality in heart failure patients and it's now a first line agent for treating heart failure. I'd like to see some studies on this though. Are facilities that accept COVID positive patients more or less likely to have COVID outbreaks?
You can't blame Deblasio for his statements, and you can't blame Cuomo for all the nursing home deaths.. Because they are democrats. It's much easier to pick apart Desantis, even though Florida is at 12% of the deaths of NY, because (drumroll please) Desantis is a Republican. Unfortunately, everyone on this board has their opinion shaped by their affiliation.
Trump's rift with White House health advisor Fauci widens as coronavirus cases continue to hit new records
Great for Florida, right? No tourists. That is what happens when unsound and unscientific policies drive the state and country. That is why I have been posting for months about accepting short term loss for longer term prosperity. But, the virus hoaxers and it is just like the flu and masks impose on my freedom crowd have led the way to here. Which was inevitable.
Anyone remember Banana Man at Gator games in the 80s? Guy would dress up in a banana costume and they'd crowd surf him all the way up to the top of the east stands.
More from Arizona. One of the largest morgues in the state is nearing capacity and the Mayor of Phoenix may be requesting the FEMA refrigerated trucks soon. So you have the largest city in S. Arizona (Tucson) shipping patients out of state because no more room to treat them, and the largest city in the state (Phoenix) with its biggest morgue at close to capacity. But it's all a hoax and will magically disappear one day!
can we compare to EU? they have 70M more people with more dense population and more public transport. You seem to want to ignore this chart so I will post it again and ask you why the massive difference when EU has a tougher problem to solve (more people, more dense, more public transport) than US?
