So why are you posting incomplete and misleading charts if your case is so strong? Clearly, the data from the last 2 weeks is not accurate. So why post it?
It's accurate. They put the disclaimer in there because they might have adjustments to numbers, you know, similar to what NY and every other state has done on occasion for reporting Covid-19 cases and deaths. Stop crying and be happy.
No, it isn't accurate. That is not an accurate statement. You really think they have had 22 cases today (which is what that chart says)? When the counties have reported over 700? Here is the source of the data: COVID-19 Status Report
Okay, yesterday that chart says they had 68 confirmed cases while the counties reported 550. Here is an article about the issue. Basically, it appears that they are dating cases back to the first day of symptoms (there are issues with doing that), but it means that they are only reporting cases today in which the first symptoms and the positive test came back today. So let's say that somebody gets symptoms today, has a test run on Monday and gets it back on Wednesday. Then (next Wednesday), they would add a new case today. https://www.macon.com/news/coronavi...OReeT-z9H9H1o1Zn_BCZgXIxGUNHq_xD-LUdlPr9ZSrI0
South Korea has 1/6 the population of the US. Yesterday, during the "spike," they had 1/1,000 as many new cases.
Good news is always welcome, skinned news to try and make a political point isn't. Someone posted the same chart a week ago and the same ting was pointed out on hoe the dotted points aren’t yet accurate. For those declaring victory or failure on the reopenings, know that it took Germany about 3 weeks before their cases started going up again, and then add another week or two for the deaths to pick up. We are only now starting to get to the point that we would begin to see the effects. Nationally we won’t really know until mid summer probably.
we need to follow russia's lead 260,000 cases and only, can you believe it 2,400 deaths, what a country.
BY assembling while legally bearing arms? I don't own a gun, and would never do that, but arent both of those actions protected?
germany is now actually doing contract tracing and testing of those who came in contact with every case. Something we don’t yet have the ability do to. They also had large scale and effective initial testing, kept the virus under relative control with around a third of the death rate we have had and less than 20 percent of some of their neighbors, and lifted when numbers were reasonable, none of which happened here. But none of that was the point, it was a simple comparison on how long it takes the virus to reestablish once some things are eased.
Do you really need to defend these actions? Should public servants just shrug their shoulders, having gunmen stand above them while trying to work?
