Absolutely. Look more like she's pedaling propaganda and she's got to know that there millions who can see right through because they know how science works and they know what honest portrayal of numbers looks like. She needs to stick to the science or quit. Sorry not Sorry, no gray area. Not here, not now.
Are you sure you watched the whole thing? I think there were potentially more explosive points in there than that. I thought Trump said plenty about all of the things he has done. However, his animosity towards the media is very apparent, but probably 100% warranted. The media will never give him a fair shake for anything. They are simply a propaganda machine bent on destroying him. It was the same with Bush Jr. as well. They are 100% in the bag for the DNC. He knows this that the media is a Machiavellian machine looking to undermine him in anyway without regard to truth, ethics, or decency so he uses his presser as his 1 and only chance to say what he wants directly to the American people. The media knows this and they are panning away whenever he is showing clips of their hypocrisy and lies.
All you RINOs without a party would make good Blue Dog Dems. You can do it! Make the leap! *Besides, y'all like some socialism than you have yet to admit to yourselves Just sayin as a freind and fellow Gator
I know I know, but with an influx that might not happen! Truth is, I've never belonged to the D. party (well until this past primary since I had to), though I've almost always vote D. But I'd like to see a reconfiguration of parties anyway. Just so much about both that make little sense in terms of what we face.
Tell ya what, CNN keeps airing that kind of nonsense, they just might have to legitimately worry about libel... was funny when it came out Faux was worried about that. CNN's going to have to preface everything they report about Trump with huge disclaimers... it's already started. Fact check: Trump's Saturday coronavirus briefing was littered with false claims, old and new By Daniel Dale, Marshall Cohen, Tara Subramaniam, David Wright and Liz Stark, CNN Updated 9:40 PM ET, Sat April 18, 2020 Washington (CNN)It's hard to know where to begin fact checking. President Donald Trump's latest coronavirus press conference on Saturday afternoon was littered with false claims about both the pandemic crisis and various unrelated matters Trump decided to talk about, from North Korea and Iran to Chinese tariffs. Trump continued to be dishonest on the critical subject of coronavirus testing, wrongly claiming he "inherited" faulty tests -- they were developed this year, during his presidency -- and painting an overly rosy picture of the US testing situation. He also repeated several of the false claims he likes to make at his campaign rallies. Here's a rundown of the claims and the facts. Is there a state where that's allowed? I don't try to keep up with the law of every jurisdiction, but I thought the only way for a minor to get an abortion was with parental consent or judicial authorization. As for the nominations, I like many Republican appointees (including Trump appointees) on a personal level, but I think originalism is a bad ideology. Personally, of the conservative legal ideologies, I think judicial restraint is the best. However, there has to be some limits to that restraint. Felix Frankfurter was too restrained and was willing to allow individual liberties to be trampled (which is ironic considering his preSCOTUS background). But getting back to my point, there have been some absolutely atrocious orders/opinions from FedSoc judges in recent years. The most recent embarrassment was the order from Justin Walker (who will soon be confirmed to the D.C. Circuit). It was one of the most blatantly partisan and inappropriate orders I've ever seen issued by a federal court (and I say that despite concurring with the legal analysis and outcome). And worst of all, it did not come off as a secular opinion; that's inexcusable. It read more like an op-ed from an ADF lawyer than a judicial opinion. It bothered me especially because I had a high opinion of Judge Walker before that (we have some mutual acquaintances). Some of these young judges need to get their heads out of their behinds. Our judiciary only retains its power if the people believe it's nonpartisan.
There are still some left. Manchin and Sinema are the most visible in the Senate. I (hope and) expect we might see one or two more added in 2020. IIRC, there are 20 to 30 in the House. The Justice Dems want to primary them, but most of us don't like the Justice Dems.
It's too bad they didn't act that way before the 2016 election. Had they spent more time on Trump's many scandals and less time on the stupid emails, we might have been spared the last three years of incompetence.
We’ve had a full week of around 2,000 deaths a day and it started leveling off due to social distancing and being locked up in our houses. Two comments: This would be a disaster of epic proportions without containment - Id say half a million deaths We are screwed, no way it doesn’t come back. At some point we’ll have to chose economy or lives.
I think she is looking over her shoulder and thinking about who he would appoint to her position if she was too honest with the American people and is doing the math. Her only being 80% honest is better for America than what we would be getting if she replaced her with someone that made him happy.
Testing Reveals 'Stunning' Asymptomatic Coronavirus Spread Among Boston's Homeless Wonder if the challenges faced by homeless Americans give the a “leg up” on fighting the virus or place them at a disadvantage vis-a-vis Americans with much better access to healthcare, proper diet, housing, etc
Unfortunately yes: Parental Consent & Notification Laws | Teen Abortion Laws Obama supported the Freedom Of Choice Act that among other things could have allowed full term abortions and would have undermined parental consent. Currently the country is split 26-24 on states that do and dont require parental consent.
Not trying to argue. Sincere question. Why are we assuming she is not sticking to science and maybe she just sees things in the data that we dummies don't?
