Trump pulled together the financial stimulus package faster than Obama did his. Obama had a super majority. Trump obviously does not. Trump agreed that none of his businesses would receive a drop of stimulus money, even though his businesses are mainly hotels who have been obliterated by this virus and subsequent social distancing. No matter what he does, they're going to take the cheap shots.
I agree, the whole notion that a political opponent of your liking is either a communist or a Nazi is getting old. Just like how everything is racist now a days.
Not sure if its accurate, many of us have stakes in Pharma companies... BTW did you know that 60 Plaquenil tablets cost about 20 dollars... 33 cents per tablet, I'm sure there is lots of profit on a tablet that you can buy of 33 cents.
T has already funneled hundreds of mils through those hotels via taxpayer. Not to mention T "agreeing..." to something is as useful as a third nipple. While I also see no grand conspiracy here for T to somehow profit from CV, mainly because that is far too sophisticated for that crew, trying to retroactively establish nobility is an entirely different animal.

I'm actually amazed that Volusia county(in Fla) isn't a worse spot. Mind you we had Race week (200k visitors, then Bike week another 200-300k visitors and spring break smattered in ). That's in a county with about 550k residents. Plus all the day trippers from Orange and Seminole county. 150 cases county wide with 3 deaths. (All older)
Other than the large population centers Tampa and Miami, people are pretty spread out in Fl. Even Jax has a lot of people but not super concentrated. That's my guess.
Based on the numbers that are coming out of countries in the southern Hemisphere, I would say the warmer weather might help too. Even the CDC has suggested warmer weather will likely dampen the spread. Fingers crossed.
Hopefully true. FWIW on personal levels, it could be that heavy workouts, hot tubs, saunas etc, could be a way to kill the virus if exposed. Anything to raise body temp. I'm trying to get a good sustained workout at least five days a week now. And/or hot tub time.
We sort of lucked out a bit on the timing of arrival, because if this had hit in November, I fear it would have been a lot worse.
