Agree. I was using mortality rate within the sample, since it is isolated. I was not extrapolating it beyond the ship. I get it does not fit the overall mortality rate.
I admit I don't have the curve for a peak flu season month but I bet it would make this look like child's play. An expert on TV who has been pretty accurate on the path of this stuff so far said he thinks close to a million people have had this in the US in reality.
Cuomo's presentation, control and honesty in his presser is impressive. Answers questions and defers to his staff when he knows they have the correct answer.
Hopefully Cuomo has "found religion" after his HVCC bleep up back when. I really do hope he has. Otherwise, his words mean nothing.
If you are going to make these types of claims you're going to have to start backing it up with some linked info.
Let's keep it on the subject and off the poster folks. If you disagree with someone state why you disagree but do not make personal comments.

I would never be accused of being a Trump apologist, but in cases per million residents, the US right now is 35th or so I think. That can obviously change, but our large population is skewing the numbers a bit.
Yikes. Pennsylvania is blowing up: 49% uptick in one day. I hope that's just a backlog of tests being released.
The states at the top of these lists with some population (rounded) as of 12:30 today Democrat Governors in bold... 1. NY - 20 per one million residents 2. WA - 18 3. LA - 14 4. NJ - 7 5. CT - 5 6. GA - 5 7. MI - 4 8. CO - 3 9. MA - 2 10. IL - 2 11. CA - 2 12. PA - 1 13. OH - 1 14. FL - 1 15. TX - 1 16. TN - 0 rounded
That is their results with passings showing the Dems look to have not been on top of this stuff early overall like most of the Rep Governors though there are some exceptions. A clear trend is shown there.
Nope your posts are pretty unsubstantiated and just hype many times - want to compare some as to what is actually going on?
Only ones with enough people to mean a lot - some like Vermont due to size will look strange but people can do that if they want.
