The report counts a total of 7,755 cases through March 11 and 60 deaths, for a total death rate of 0.77%. That is far lower than the reported death rates in several other countries. A major factor in that lower death rate could be the country's extremely thorough coronavirus-testing policies: Many milder cases included in South Korea's overall count might not be noticed in countries like the US, where testing is more sparse.

Coronavirus death rates in South Korea reinforce a frightening pattern of how the disease affects older people

Some encouragement in that the mortality rate is not as high as originally believed.

Edit: This is talking about the results in South Korea.

The RNC chairwoman just self quarantined after having symptoms and testing negative for the flu. Awaiting her results. She met with Trump this week.

A fair amount of activity in West Tampa as I drove around to observe, especially at Cacciatore’s. Reduced, but still significantly present. I know my people, and not surprised, even if I disagree

Just rebuilt my son's bike. Got it down to 23.5lbs.

Next I'm rebuilding my fork and shock.

Still have a month up here... Hope skiing lasts that long or my wife is gonna hate me.

I rebuilt the shock on mine but lost the lot for the fork. Def overdue, my old bones felt it today.

    It's a 26er hardtail - and now fully rigid (He's 8) - so it's not like a 29" full squish or anything, but yeah - I'm proud. :D Thanks.

Most of the loss came from removing the 5lb brick of a coil crap fork that was worthless. Found a used carbon rigid that fit perfect for $60!

He's still got tubes. I'd really like to cut down on rotational weight. I'm eyeing some 2.3" wheels that I want to throw on tubeless. They're are lighter than his stock 2.1" wire beads, but that's another hundo, though and I just put $300 into it.... It would shed another .5# - and an important .5 at that! Plus lower PSI for comfort. Decisions.

Try to get two rides a week, 1.5 to 2.5 hours per ride. One or two runs, everything on trails. Some kayaking.

Luckily I can do most of that with my family so it doesn’t detract from dad time.

It really is a credit to the American people that they were far ahead of the government in making the hard decisions that have helped at least slow this thing down. Even if in many cases it was self interest.
