I agree, that’s probably what he meant. I think the POTUS needs at least an elementary level ability to effectively communicate what he means. Trump clearly does not have that. He’s a painfully poor communicator. Quite the liability for the most powerful person on Earth, don’t you think?

Agree. When Trump speaks before his supporters at MAGA rallies precision and accuracy really aren't that important, it's all about timing and inflection which is what makes him such a great entertainer. Not so when he has to address the country or the world on a serious issue.
Yup. Our country is being led by an elementary school bully with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. And we deserve it. Part of me would really like to see us toss Trump and Biden into a steel cage and decide the next POTUS that way. It's probably better than the EC and certainly more entertaining.

I suspect that something may be coming down soon. I have received three emails from higher ups in my organization on planning today. It looks coordinated, although nothing new has been announced except for a hint that we might have to plan for not going to work soon.
So many unanswered questions that would be helpful in preventing panic. For starters, why have they not released demographic data of those that have died? Is it just the elderly? Infants? How many had medical conditions that enhanced the illness? But the one big question is why the lack of knowledge on a virus that they had no problem identifying at the start of the epidemic? Seems that there is a bit of answers not being given for some reason.
