It speaks to how squeaky clean Dr. Ford and Debbie Ramirez are that they don't have more on them. Look at how they've dragged Swetnick through the mud.

It doesn't to me. If somebody claimed "Bob coached Jim on how to take a polygraph," what would you assume that meant? I don't think you'd assume it meant that Bob explained to Jim what a polygraph is and what will happen when he takes one. I think you'd assume it meant that Bob was teaching Jim how to beat the polygraph. Grassley knew what he was conveying with the language he used.

FBI source tells MSNBC's Brian Williams they were only given the 'smallest expansion of scope' to investigate Kavanaugh
“I’ve characterized it recently as catching another political football that — in a no-win situation, but it’s deeper than that,” Montoya continued. “It is visceral. These are guys that they are professionals at investigating crimes of all sorts, and while this is a background investigation, they see lines of investigation that they should be following. And they’re not being able or allowed to follow them.”

Certainly a toxic culture. Probably not so different today. But after this past week, hopefully things will change.

And on the record, drinking, partying, and stupid yearbook entries that are likely more brag than truth does not disqualify one from being a Supreme Court Justice. Who among us hasn't done stupid things in their teenage years? But was should be disqualifying is lying about these things, especially under oath.

Does anyone here actually believe the devil's triangle is a drinking game? That the Renate Club just referenced being friends? That boofing means flatulence? Or Kavanaugh never got so drunk he either ralphed, passed out, and did things he didn't remember? Don't piss on me and tell me that it's raining is the phrase I used to use years ago. And clearly, Kavanaugh is pissing on everyone and telling people it's pure, clean rain. Throw in the ultra partisan rant and it's clear Kavanaugh is unfit to sit as a judge in the highest court in the land.

You mean who make false claims against men and have no way to corroborate their stories.

Katie Pavlich - Julie Swetnik's Former Fling: She Enjoyed Sex With Multiple Men at Once and Isn't Telling the Truth About Brett Kavanaugh

Looks like we have a wild one here. Every bit of this is her own doing

Former Democratic candidate for Congress and weatherman for WJLA Channel 7 in Washington D.C. Dennis Ketterer has sent a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee about Julie Swetnik. Swetnik has accused Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.

In the letter, which was submitted as a statement to the Committee under penalty of perjury, Ketterer says Swetnik told him in the 1990s that she enjoyed sex with multiple men at the same time. Ketterer, who doesn't drink alcohol, says he met Swetnik at a bar on Wisconsin Circle. He was there to buy a soda after a goodbye party for a co-worker in 1993 and was having marital issues at the time. Swetnik approached him, they developed a conversation and ultimately a relationship

“During a conversation about our sexual preferences, things got derailed when Julie told me that she liked to have sex with more than one guy at a time. In fact sometimes with several at one time. She wanted to know if that would be ok in our relationship," the letter states. “I asked her if this was just a fantasy of hers. She responded that she first tried sex with multiple guys while in high school and still liked it from time-to-time. She brought it up because she wanted to know if I would be interested in that.”

“Julie never said anything about being sexually assaulted, raped, gang-raped or having sex against her will. She never mentioned Brett Kavanaugh in any capacity,” he continued.

Why is it surprising that she wouldn't tell him about being sexually assaulted? And what does having sex with two guys at once (i.e. The Devil's Triangle) have to do with being raped? They aren't even remotely the same thing. If you had sex with two women at once would you equate it to being raped?

Are you saying you believe her story? Well I know most people who realized a rape occurred at a party, would have reported it, wouldn't have gone back. then why did she continued attending these parties with knowledge of this happening?

I’m suggesting liberal-partisans should not engage in politically driven lynchings without evidence of a wrongdoing.

I understand there's information concerning Ford's assertion she had to add a second front door to her Cali home because she feared another sexual assault or suffered from claustrophobia ….. yet the second door was actually added to create access to a separate room in the Ford home which has been rented to students and a "marriage counselor" named Sylvia Randall. Hmmmm …… "marriage counseling" office in her own home?

If you are getting your first one, you are not suppose to have anyone discuss it with you prior to taking it. Having prior knowledge of it is a no no.

I believe that story is the door was installed after Dr. Ford family bought the house to allow the former owner (a marriage counselor/therapist) to continue to use part of the building as her office. The door has installed to give the therapist a private entrance into the house/building. It was used for that until the therapist moved and the Ford family used it to house Google interns.

So unless the accuser is a conservative Republican, you are too partisan to believe her and she should just shut up, say nothing, and let her allege attacker be confirmed to the SCOTUS. Party over country. Got it.

For someone that claims to be unbiased, you sure seem to be willing to believe Ford no matter what.

He didn't just contradict her story on the polygraph. He also called into question her fear of small spaces and her fear of flying.

As soon as someone said anything the contradicted BK, you jumped on it and called him a liar. But when someone contradicts Ford, you dismiss it as nothing. No matter how many people contradict her story, or claim to have no knowledge of it, you still believe her.

This whole circus is the Dems fault. The cried for an FBI investigation, then when they get it they cry about it not being good enough. If you still dont think this is ONLY to delay until they have a chance, just a chance, of taking control... well then you are not paying attention.

Ah but remember, when favorable to the GOP position, we're supposed to accept all anonymous, uncorroborated assertions without question, and read them in the most expansively negative light as possible. We are also supposed to treat all leaks of such information as a patriotic effort to illuminate the truth, and ascribe no malice or improper political motive.
