the company out west I believe withdrew their lawsuit against her...for lack of evidence...I don't understand: when a man comes out 30 years later and says he was molested by a priest, he's believed....when a woman does the same thing...she's a liar

The company filed that lawsuit in response to her claims of wrongful termination. Typically a company just wants a bad employee to go away, as they aren’t going to make any money from a lawsuit. When an employee sues a company for wrongful termination, they will countersue and make public why they fired the employee, if the employee drops their lawsuit so does the company. Once her lawyer made her realize that her wrongful termination suit was going nowhere, she dropped it and her employer dropped their’s. That is what likely happened here.

I confess to not watching all 26 minutes. Is the 'body language expert' identified in the video?

Is the child a partisan democrat and the priest a conservative judge nominated to fill an empty seat on the SCotUS?

The first accusation is the only one that seems credible to me. The other two read like nonsense. Piling on for fun or perhaps they are crazy.

I watched the first couple minutes of the video and turned it off because she sounds like she doesn't know what the hell she is talking about. Ford's head could have been held high or she could just be looking up at the chairman who is seated at a higher level than her. She talks about a neurological condition that she "doesn't know what it is". Normally when experts talk about this kind of stuff they mention possible conditions that yield that type of twitch and what other effects that condition might have. This woman effectively just said "that lady ain't right in the head". That was the end for me. A real credentialed expert that has testified at trials or something might be interesting to hear, though it's just another data point that doesn't really definitively say anything. But call me skeptical of someone that runs a Youtube channel to call out politicians as shady and makes money through patreon donations from people that don't like those politicians.

I think the obvious inconsistencies in Ford’s testimony are much more compelling than a YouTube video trying to analyze her voice inflection and technique.

I’m a body language expert. I have 47 years of experience. Ford passed as truthful in my analysis. Not sure on Kavanough because I studied humans not barking dogs.

UsSC should get the best of us. Or at least a promise of the best of us. Kavanaugh is not that. I was supportive on here of Roberts because he seemed to have that promise.

Not sure why anyone would think "urban legend" given how ubiquitous teen drinking/drugs, and sexual exploits are. Anyway, just by way of some numbers, here are the FBI arrest stats for 1) white juveniles only 2) sex-based crimes (rape and other sex offenses) 3) by decade.

The numbers don't include 18-19 year-olds or college-aged twenty-somethings, and only reflect incidences that led to an arrest. Impossible to prove, but you have to think that sexual violence was far more widespread than what the numbers show...again, given the ubiquity of drinking/drugs, sex among teens.

...and what we know about under-reporting/under-counting

    1980s......898,884

I'd cut him some slack. He was probably protecting his family from triggered political lunatics who threatened to kill them.

I wonder if Kreepy Kav’s privilege allowed him to skip to the front of the line during the gang rapes. Probably.

Nobody wants to be the caboose when you’re running a train with your buddies on a drugged female.

The investigation is a sham. Look at how constrained it is. Dr. Ford and Kavanaugh aren't even on the interview list. Neither is the third accuser. It's a farce.
