my bet would be those that think the women are liars are younger...those that believe ( to some extent ) the women, are older...just a hunch...I'm 70 in Dec...I believe the women...Kavanaugh is an arrogant, elitist pig and showed us his colors in committee

This will surprise you, but polling indicates that it's the opposite. Here's the polling:

I love how people are saying something to the effect of since her voice changed during testimony, she must be telling the truth. Or it could mean she has Asperger's. I guess people with Asperger's never lie.

This is an excellent video on her body language during the testimony.

I know very unusual! The video points out things I would never be able to see. I now fully believe this lady is full of it.

I'm no expert, for sure, but it seemed to me that she appeared very nervous. She was, after all, testifying under oath, about an extremely traumatic event that she says, affected her emotionally as well as who knows what else. Very possible she was just plain scared and nervous. I've had to testify before, once as an expert witness in a trial. I was in my late 20's, only 2.5 months as an appraiser (although an RE degree from UF and 5 years in the mortgage biz) and I was nervous as hell. The judge accepted me as an expert witness, but I have my doubts whether I comported myself as such :(.

I had to once testify as an expert witness too. I was nervous as hell lol. I started off stumbling for words. The attorney looked at me to calm me down. I took a huge breath of air and slowly released. I was fine after that.

I don’t know if you watched the full video or not but to me it was very telling of Dr Ford.

I was relieved when examined by the opposing counsel (hope I used that term correctly), as he was ridiculously unprepared. Made my life a lot easier, but I was still kinda freaking out a little bit.

Perhaps but I am roughly Kavanaugh's age there was a whole lot of bragging and a whole lot of nothing and people believed every rumor they heard.

Yes, we are all well aware that sexual assault victims can sometimes have lapses in memory. The problem with this premise is that it assumes Dr. Ford is telling the truth. An assumption the same people who continue to perpetuate articles like the quoted above never wanted to make for Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick or Kathleen Willey. The sanctimony for assault victims magically only appears when the accused happens to be a conservative.

Im a skeptic on body language analysis, but i think there are probably a few types of analyses that are indicative of actual thought. Of course, it’s impossible which is which, so I just assume to ignore them all, so as not to just find analyses that confirm my beliefs.

However, I looked into this group you’ve found, and I am extremely skeptical of them.

You’re kidding, right? Her background is not impeccable. She had a secret clearance at DoS at some point, which frankly aren’t all that hard to get, especially if you are younger. Now all she has is a Public Trust, which I’m betting DSS is going to be taking a look at now that more of her background has come out.

Her ex-boyfriend says she threatened him and his family and he tried to get a restraining order against her. She was reportedly fired from a job for lying about graduating from Johns Hopkins and sexual harassment.
