Mark Judge wrote a book detailing his and his friends drunken exploits. There are witnesses who have come forward with knowledge of the sexual activities going on at some of these parties. An FBI investigation should be able to flesh out more details.

Although Judge may be a recovering alcoholic and a cancer victim he is the one potential witness with the direct knowledge of the events that Blasey Ford described in her letter and testimony. Judge also authored a book in which he described the culture, including the drinking habits, of students attending elite private schools in the DC area in the early '80s, which included what is almost certainly a specific reference to Kavanaugh.

You don’t remember who the buddy was? In other words, you drank red wine, which you ordered from a white guy outside a toy store, while you were overage attending low school. And you chased it with Pepsi.

FBI Agent: So... Mr. Judge... tell us some more about this Devil's Triangle you were referring to... did you ever engage in one or attempt to? Say... with a Dr. Ford.

Judge: it was a drinking game, didn't you watch Kavanaugh's testimony?

FBI Agent: Oh yeah, who taught it to you? How do you play?

    Judgem: mmm...uhhh..uhhhh

Unfortunately, i think they've probably had time to iron out their answers. This is why the FBI should have already been investigating BEFORE Kavanaugh testified. In effect, he already knows the lie required to corroborate the story. Devil's Triangle is totally a drinking game, and Boofing is definitely "farting". No, it totally doesn't mean double teaming a girl or anal consumption of alcohol. What gave you that idea?

So ignore the lack of evidence, the political shenanigans, the week long pause/investigation that turned up nothing, her witnesses that were supposed to back her story denying any knowledge of a party, her friend stating she doesn’t remember ever attending a party with Kavanaugh, you know statements from all of the alleged attendees but the victim that don’t remember any party.

So what is there left to investigate? An alleged assault at an unknown location, on an unknown date, with the accuser being the only person out of 6 attendees to even remember a party? Again, where do you start? The sworn statements that have been available for the past week? You come to question them, and they say you have my sworn statement, talk to my lawyer. Then what? Go to the scene of the crime? Where? When?

What a fricking farce over a he said, she said.

Which explains why Katz tried her damndest to arrange it where Ford had last at bat on Thursday, as opposed to going on first.

Relevance to a party he has said he didn’t attend. Since he drank at other parties, he must be lying? If he said he didn’t attend the party, then why is his drinking habit at other parties relevant? Hearsay, or smear tactics. Exactly why he would talk to the FBI and not the committee. The Democrats would have used his teenage drinking to smear him and Kavanugh, which has no relevance as to whether he attended that party or not.

Why not ask the victim about her drinking habits and check into her therapy notes. No?

Pretty easy to figure out where to start. Pull up the yearbook and Judge’s book. Interview Judge to get as many names of people in his book as possible. Then go interview those people. This isn’t nearly as difficult as you want to imagine. I don’t know if it’s your political bent or that you haven’t conducted investigations that makes it seem like it’s too difficult conduct an investigation.

That Brett Kavanaugh had a friend in HS, who drank a lot and had a lot of wild parties in no way makes Brett Kavanaugh a rapist. My god, if that's the standard we're going to use, then most of us here are would be rapists.

Go ahead and hit me with your next grasp at straw. I'm ready.

The lie about drinking is not that it definitely proves anything re: Ford. It's that he presented himself even under oath as a light drinker or controlled drinker, that NEVER blacked out from drinking - yet numerous witnesses refute that, 100 Keg Club!!! In his Fox News interview he basically tried to suggest he was a perfect choir boy. It is merely that he lied about his drinking, which means he could be lying about other things.

Such as, the meaning of Devil's Triangle (having a 3 some with a girl, coincidence that Ford alleges a 2 on 1 attempted rape?). The meaning of boofing (anal consumption of alcohol), and if he's lying about those - which IMO I'm pretty certain he is..then who knows.

I get that those things might be highly embarrassing, especially the "boofing", but that is not an excuse to flat out lie when questioned under oath. He needed to be truthful. The boofing thing wasnt' relevant to the allegation, but "Devil's Triangle" is literally what Dr. Ford alleges... and it's REFERENCED IN HIS YEARBOOK. Do you think that is just an amazing coincidence?

Ford's friend says she didn't even know Kavanaugh. Fine. She of course knows what he looks like now in 2018.

How can she remember what Kavanaugh looked like in 1982 to know that he was or wasn't at a party? Or how can she look at his yearbook pic and know if she ever saw him or not 36 years ago?

So many questions and so little time.

A simple solution to all this is for Trump to nominate someone else and just forget about this guy, who in any case made a spectacle of himself at the hearing. If you can't have Chip Kelly, just go with Dan Mullen. But no way, too close to the midterms! Everything is political and ultimately nothing else matters.

Welcome to Naz.. I mean America, where we now make multiple leaps, reaches and excuses to find guilt in our accused, replacing the old way of doing things, when we looked for reasons to acquit the accused.

That raises an interesting follow-up question that Mitchell probably should have asked:

She said she took her polygraph immediately prior to flying out of BWI. Was she on anti-anxiety medication when she took the polygraph?

Hey, you're really jogging my memory. It was probably white wine which looks more like vodka. And the buddy may have been a girl who I was trying to get drunk. I may remember her as a buddy because the girls I went with weren't the best lookers.
