Her perceived assault by Kavanaugh. Doesn’t mean he actually did it, only that she strongly believes it was him, especially after her therapy in 2012. All the pain and problems in life she felt up to that point would now be concentrated on him. Kavanaugh became the “nexus point” for all her troubles, so to speak. Deal with him, she now has control of her life again. Just as plausible as the “she cannot tell a lie” theory.
Kavanaugh's justification for not releasing the files was that it would allow people to subvert polygraphs. If they're worthless and unreliable, then there's no reason to have that concern. If Jameis were up for the Supreme Court, I'd vote against him too. Neither he nor Kavanaugh could be convicted in a court of law, but that doesn't prove their innocence. You can keep repeating your line about proof. Her proof showed they had sex. Jameis and his friends claimed it was consensual. The physical evidence contradicted her account. You believe women when it's convenient. Yes, there was. The cops botched it, but she alleged in her final account that she was drugged (this is after claiming she was hit on the head and knocked out initially to explain how she ended up in a cab with Winston and his friends). They tested her and did not find anything corroborating her account. There were no drugs in her system, and she hadn't drank enough to have passed out.
Actual evidence that Kavanaugh and Ford were at the same party, much less the same room at the same time. The 37 years ago argument is crap. Everyone else supposed to be at the party remembers nothing, Kavanaugh vehemently denies the allegation, yet her story is truth, and his is a lie, even though the independent evidence available is more supportive of his story than hers. So where is the fricking evidence that this happened? Actual evidence not proceeding from the mouth of the victim. Because that evidence does not exist, and the 3 witnesses who were supposed to back her story said they can’t remember any party.

Isn’t that where the investigation should start? Interview the four guys allegedly at the party to find out when and where it happened. If that cannot be determined ...... what else is there to investigate? Seems the FBI would be done. Well, except for talking to the guy who admitted to assaulting Ford.

Senate will meet at noon tomorrow to vote on a motion to proceed to consider the nomination. This is a procedural vote, which would open floor debate on the nomination. Next step following the motion to proceed would be the motion to invoke cloture, which once passed would limit further debate to 30 hours. Reporting is that McConnell has agreed not to hold a cloture vote until a supplemental background report is received by the White House and Senate.
The words "Dr. Ford's allegation" or "the first two allegations" would suffice.(assuming he doesn't consider all three "credible")
Disappointed at Trump for picking this guy. I don't believe he's guiltly by any means, but he should have picked the woman judge and let the Dems try to tear her apart.
