A tax lien is not necessarily a career ender nor something that would trigger the removal of a security clearance, at least not automatically.

I suspect you recognize this already.

A porn star's lawyer has taken over the US Senate. Somewhere, Teddy is smiling.

Teddy Kennedy's America has finally been achieved.

Your argument is incompatible with Keyser's statement that she believes Dr. Blasey.

As a lifelong friend, I wouldn't expect a different response from her.

It does not change the fact that the when and where in question has literally no witness backing to her story except her.

Three allegations at this point. But yes, the threshold for getting the job should be higher than "I can't 100% definitively prove that he is a rapist." This becomes about credibility of the claims at this point and what threshold of belief warrants a no vote. 50%? 75%? 90%?

That's not unusual for a sexual assault allegation.

A lot will be determined tomorrow as the prosecutor has 26 years experience handling these type cases and getting to the truth. She is considered to be one of the best. She will be able to press Ford a lot more than male Senators can. The judge was going to get hammered either way. Each Senator will be allowed five minutes with each with the Republicans giving up their time for the prosecutor. I thank There are what 11 Republicans which will give her 55 minutes with each

His entire point is that your position on polygraphs is in opposition to kavanaugh's. If true, that means you believe Kavanaugh is unqualified to serve on the SCOTUS. Or at least appears that way to me.

    Edit: oi vey autocorrect.

I would assume that she would probably need some doctor prescribed anti anxiety medication in order to fly. Nothing wrong with that but I can understand why someone would prefer to travel a different way if possible.

I had a oil company years ago and employees handled a right smart of money. All employees signed a statement when hired they would submit to a polygraph test paid for by my co at my discretion . I switched companies at a point and several people who had been passing the test all of a sudden started failing them. How qualified the tester is makes all the difference

She's either a Davinci-level-talent at lying, or she's telling the truth. I don't see how anyone can read that and conclude what's been said on here. I really don't think this is a debate anymore.
