No, and I think there's a good chance she will not.

    Did you read her declaration?

    10 or more common parties.

    Excessive drinking.

    Unwanted fondling of women.

    Spiking drinks.

What more do you want to meet your definition of “first hand”? Franken was toast off of a singular photo.

Whether he raped her or not this declaration completely guts his claims that he was never at these kinds of parties and never saw anything like this occur.

As I said earlier, you're describing Brett Kavanaugh as a serial rapist at this point. And yet, he was able to pass 6 FBI background checks and sit on the DC Court of Appeals for years before anyone even bothered saying "oh yeah, you know that guy... he's a rapist."

BS. That description is nothing close to an accusation that he is a serial rapist, nor should such an allegation be required in order to be disqualifying for a US Supreme Court nominee. I was an alcoholic frat boy at UF and while I never tried to force myself on anybody like Ford and now Swetnick allege about Kavanaugh, I did lots of things I hope my daughters will never hear about. I'm a good father, husband, brother, friend, lawyer and community member. However, even if I had the qualifications, I don't belong on the US Supreme Court and would never accept a nomination because of those drunken years of stupidity.

Doesn't make him a rapist, but it most definitely speaks to his credibility. Do we want that in a Supreme Court Judge? What he did back then, he did back then. Gotta own it. And if it turns out he lied about now, that's a whole 'nother problem.

I would like to know who can be a known serial rapist and keep a job at Publix, without anyone saying anything about him, let alone a sitting judge on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

Was not the allegation that he was part of numerous druggings and subsequent gang rapes of women? That would be a serial rapist, textbook definition.

No, just the opposite, in 2 posts I’ve expressly excluded the rapes.

But it’s certainly looking more and more like he’s a liar.

Maybe president though. Bill Clinton? Donnie Trump? Not saying they're serial rapists, but a playa's gonna play.

Did Kavanaugh participate in the alleged gang rapes? Yes or no?

Don't have to go far really to find people who kept jobs despite engaging in sexual harassment and assault. Alex Kozinski sexually harassed women and grabbed them sexually without their permission for decades, while on the court, without punishment.

It depends on what she means by "present" but I take that to mean that he was a witness to her rape (at a minimum). But "present" could just mean he was just at the party where she was rape. She should testify to clarify this.

Neither Clinton nor Trump have been implicated as being a part of a gang rape team that raped several women at the same time. That sort of thing would be pretty difficult to bury for obvious reasons.

I am talking about allegations of him being the part of a gang rape team that targeted numerous girls with drugs and then raped them. That's not sexual harassment, it's rape.

I'm definitely interested to see how Rachel Mitchell deals with all this craziness. Now officially entertained.

I don’t know. And I never said he did. Or that he didnt. Time will tell on that or it won’t.

But we now have a sworn declaration that he was at parties where they occurred, along With his spiking drinks and groping women, which undercuts the way he described his high school years just two days ago.

Is that your standard now? Does he have to be a serial rapist to not be qualified to serve on our supreme court?

Feinstein probably knew that as well & thus did not bring it forward. Next best thing was to cast doubt on his character & hopefully delay the confirmation knowing
The Dems already have quite a head start so catching them may be a problem.

You didn't say she described Kavanaugh that way. You said that GatorNorth did.
