It's certainly not helpful information for trying to get him concerned. But it also reads kind of like an affidavit that a sleazy lawyer wrote (because it is) where the "bombshell" allegations in it don't actually pertain to the person the affidavit is about.

I'll also note that her age difference with Kavanaugh makes it a little weird. She graduated high school in 1981, so the timeline would have her meeting freshman or sophomore Kavanaugh and Judge when she was either a senior or a high school graduate, and then regularly attending high school parties that they were present at for the next two or three years after she graduated from high school.

You conveniently sidestepped the impetus of my post, in your 35th instance of faux outrage (since I arrived).

She says she can provide witnesses who can back up her story. Let see what they say. We've heard that before only to find out that was not the case.

Nah, Kavanaguh was just one of the drug-rape-party bros who probably didn't know any of this was going on and is shocked -- shocked I tell you -- to be learning about it now. We should definetly make him a Supreme Court Judge.

Right, because no college student has ever gone back home for a weekend to party with HS friends and possibly their younger siblings and siblings friends. Said no one ever.

It is interesting that all the girls/women from DC that went to parties with Kavanaugh and Judge never noticed any of this behavior, but a woman from Gaithersburg is the only one who noticed it.

Even if you want to pretend that him lining up to join in on a purported gang rape and her insinuation that he was involved her rape are not enough, she swears under oath that he was drugging women, groping them, trying to pull their clothes off without consent, refusing to take no for an answer, and acting otherwise as an aggressive, belligerent drunk. It completely undermines his recent interview, the allegations are consistent with behavior described by other women and men (including Dr. Blasey), and are absolutely damning (drugging girls, dude).

It's interesting how whenever women come forward to allege this behavior, they're disbelieved. Even if those girls noticed that behavior, would you believe them? Let's see:
Senate Democrats Investigate a New Allegation of Sexual Misconduct, from the Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s College Years
Another woman who attended high school in the nineteen-eighties in Montgomery County, Maryland, where Georgetown Prep is located, also refuted Judge’s account of the social scene at the time, sending a letter to Ford’s lawyers saying that she had witnessed boys at parties that included Georgetown Prep students engaging in sexual misconduct. In an interview, the woman, who asked to have her name withheld for fear of political retribution, recalled that male students “would get a female student blind drunk” on what they called “jungle juice”—grain alcohol mixed with Hawaiian Punch—then try to take advantage of her. “It was disgusting,” she said. “They treated women like meat.”

Former Student: Brett Kavanaugh’s Prep School Party Scene Was A ‘Free-For-All’ | HuffPost
Sexual misconduct, the former student says, was routine, shrugged off. “My friend, who went to one of the private girls’ schools, said she woke up with a guy on top of her,” the former student said. “And this was not a situation where people would talk about it. They would just say: ‘Oh, well, how’d you do? How was your weekend?’ ‘Oh, well, I got attacked.’ And that was just normal then. It was an attitude where ‘No’ didn’t necessarily mean ‘I’m going to stop.’ It meant ‘I’m going to keep going,’ and ‘I’m going to keep going because I’m privileged and I’m allowed to and I’m not going to get in trouble for it."

If Kavanaugh sees himself and the Supreme Court as completely nonpartisan, why did he choose Fox for his only interview?

She wouldn't have even had to go back home. She would have been at Montgomery College at the time, which is basically that county's JC. She was living in the area. Even when she went to college, she went to UMD, which is like 20-25 minutes drive without traffic from the locations that we are discussing.

You claimed that she “must be having sex with minors”

I’m just pointing out that is not what is being alleged here.

Her “drugging girls” claim is that she witnessed them “attempting to spike the punch.”

Have you ever been to a high school or college house party that had a punch bowl of non-alcoholic punch?

It reads in such a way where it seems like one possibility is that it’s trying to describe drinking and dancing in loaded terms.

Yeah, I would be surprised if they were to vote to confirm this week if nothing significantly damaging to Ford comes out of her testimony. It seems untenable to ignore the smoke at this point as it will give the Democrats a big election issue.

I just read that she has a degree in astrophysics. Whoa.

The affidavit clearly says that she saw them spiking the punch with drugs and/or grain alcohol. That's not ambiguous.

Did she say that? I see she says she told two people right after it happened. But that’s it.
