Angela Wright did, but she wasn't allowed to testify. And then Moira Smith accused him of sexual assault at a conference after Thomas was already on the Court. Anita Hill's word was good enough for me. Anita Hill was vindicated. It's too bad she was treated so poorly and disbelieved.

And BTW, you believing a woman with political motives who has made an accusation against a highly regarded judge that he allegedly attacked her 36 years ago when they were in high school without providing one iota of evidence precludes you from calling anyone partisan .

Well so far she has refused to do that now, hasn't she? When/if she does, I will objectively hear her out.
Last I saw, they were still negotiating over the parameters. We'll see what happens in the coming days, but at this point in time, she's not refusing.
The offers she has made in these negotiations are akin to me going down to Mercedes Benz of Orlando and offering them $25K for an AMG SL. MBoO would not, and should not accept that offer.
