    What if she testifies?

But the fact that she eats organic food makes her uncredible as a sexual assault victim, right? That is a well-grounded claim?

As I've been saying all week, I don't think she will, but if she does you see where the testimony leaves you.

Then so is the verbal evidence from those who were supposedly there & denied it ever happened.

I didn't think they would either. They certainly have shown time and time again that they're willing to fall on the sword for him.
So you're saying she has a conflict of interest. Since when do Republicans care about that? (I.e. trump)

So are Republicans going to call them to testify?

No, 2017. Only her husband has stated that he heard that name in 2012.

Seems only reasonable. She's put it all on the line. It's only fair that they have skin in the game.

Yet without any concomitant acknowledgement of the source quite possibly being the same reason she kept her mouth shut for so long, which is the predictable negative reaction and attacks on her for making an allegation. This is the reality for many victims of sex crimes.

Or have the judiciary committee ask about it during testimony.

And where do you think it will leave you? You have a good idea of what her testimony will be.

No, as you just said, her husband said she told him in 2012. Maybe you don't believe him, but he definitely has said it.

To which she'll give you the same response she already gave.

Probably an agreement with Dr. Ford. When the calculus changes, it often changes the course you need to take. There must have been a point of not return where Dr. Ford said to herself she could remain silent no longer.

As for the therapist notes, remember, we are getting a second hand report of them from the WaPo article. And the notes do say there were four boys at the party, but only two in the bedroom with Dr. Ford. And anyone who has ever played the "telephone" game knows that the story changes a little every time it is passed from one person to another. It would be interesting to see what the actual notes say, which is something we have not seen yet. Nor has the therapist testified.

Oh, and what ever happened to the Whelen supposed bombshell that would surely clear Kavanaugh's name? Seemed to fizzle very quickly now, didn't it.

So where are all the other women who were maltreated by Kavanaugh? It's been a week. Only this political activist has made a claim.

Yes. But where is the questioning of his denials? He has a lot to lose in admitting to this incident if it occurred, so his denial would need to be probed as well. And at the end, it's up to those in making decisions about him to determine the credibility of Blasey Ford's allegation or Kavanaugh's denial.

    That's easy … here's 1.67 billion reasons … that's $1.67 in reasons +

Korlym (mifepristone) is a cortisol receptor blocker indicated to control hyperglycemia secondary to hypercortisolism in adult patients with endogenous Cushing's syndrome who have type 2 diabetes mellitus or glucose intolerance and have failed surgery or are not candidates for surgery.

    WARNING: TERMINATION OF PREGNANCY

Mifepristone is a potent antagonist of progesterone and cortisol via the progesterone and glucocorticoid (GR-II) receptors, respectively. The antiprogestational effects will result in the termination of pregnancy. Pregnancy must therefore be excluded before the initiation of treatment with Korlym and prevented during treatment and for one month after stopping treatment by the use of a non-hormonal medically acceptable method of contraception unless the patient has had a surgical sterilization, in which case no additional contraception is needed. Pregnancy must also be excluded if treatment is interrupted for more than 14 days in females of reproductive potential.

    Mifepristone - Wikipedia

Mifepristone, also known as RU-486, is a medication typically used in combination with misoprostol, to bring about an abortion.[1] This combination is more than 95% effective during the first 50 days of pregnancy.[2] It is also effective in the second trimester of pregnancy.[2][3] Effectiveness should be verified two weeks after use.[1] It is taken by mouth.[1]

Ford earned her doctorate in counseling psychology from USC and a master’s degree in epidemiology, specializing in biostatistics, from Stanford’s School of Medicine. Outside of academia, she does consulting for pharmaceutical firms, helping design clinical trials. According to her faculty biography in a course catalog, she worked as director of biostatistics for Corcept Therapeutics in Menlo Park.

    Planned Parenthood -

RU-486 is the former name of mifepristone — one of the medications that you take to have a medication abortion. RU-486 is now called "the abortion pill" or "Mifeprex" (the brand name for mifepristone).

RU-486 was developed in the 1980s. It's been safely used in Europe since 1987, and in the US since 2000.

RU-486 blocks a hormone that your body needs to continue a pregnancy. It works best when you use it with another medication called misoprostol, which causes bleeding to empty your uterus.

The RU-486 abortion pill is a safe and effective way to end an early pregnancy.

    And now from Diane Fienstein:

“Judge Kavanaugh’s views on women’s reproductive rights are crystal clear,” Sen. Feinstein told Yahoo News. “There aren’t any restrictions he would consider ‘too burdensome’ to violate Supreme Court precedent related to women’s reproductive freedom.” Those views came into especially stark relief when Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., defied protocol and released a confidential email from 2003 in which Kavanaugh wrote, “I am not sure that all legal scholars refer to Roe as the settled law of the land at the Supreme Court level since Court can always overrule its precedent.”

Brett Kavanaugh wants to do away with legal abortion. He told us so.

They tried to "Swift boat" a sexual assault accuser?

    Drain that swamp. LMAO.

This guy might be a fine legal mind, but these are some dirty associations. Not helping his case.
