You are going down the right road here. All 3 of the people you mentioned had multiple victims, establishing a pattern of behavior. That is not the case here and it is 35 years old.
That is not the case here...yet. It has been a day. Weinstein's victims came out over a period of months. Again, why this sort of thing shouldn't be prejudged.
Feinstein is getting some pushback for the way she handled it at least. If she knew about it ahead of time, they could have dealt with it during the hearings. But she was stalling for time to try to kill the nomination with as little time as possible for the GOP to nominate someone else before the elections. What we do know is that she is a trained research phycologist. Someone who understands how holding things in can destroy you inside. Yet she never felt the need to tell her husband until a decade or more into their marriage during marriage conseling. She never felt the need to tell anyone for 30 years and if BK wasn't named to the SC she would have never said a thing. The timing of all of it is very suspect.

I'm not sure that you're going to find too many takers on the idea that, in the absence of literally any other evidence, we should believe all accusations to be true. In many situations there will tend to be other facts that suggest that an accusation is more likely to be true than not, but I'm not real clear where you got this notion that, all else being equal, an accusation is more credible simply because it by definition came from an accuser either. If I came out today and said "Stephen Johnson punched me while we were waiting for the bus in middle school," I'm not sure of how Stephen would be supposed to go about disproving that accusation 30 years later, nor am I real clear why anyone should be more inclined to believe me over Stephen saying that he didn't.
The length of time does impact other important parts of her story. She says she doesn’t remember when it happened or where it happened. Those are very important details to have in case like this. Not providing them takes away any possiblity for Kavanaugh to prove his innocence by showing he was not in town that day or at the location it where the woman says it happened at. Providing a time and location of a crime are typically pretty important things that need to be determined and not providing them prevents the accused from providing an alibi. If I am claiming you robbed me and the cop asks me where and when did it happen and I say “I don’t know where and it was between these three months,” that is not going to fly. Supposedly there were two other names that the woman provided who she says were at the party. We’ll see if they come out and say what they remember. A quick question: Has it been established how many people total were at this party? I’ve seen the number at five but haven’t seen anything saying more or less. Just a general point: Will people/Senators stop saying the FBI should investigate this?!?!? This is not a federal crime, so where is the need for the FBI? It’s a state/district issue (Va/MD/DC), so the police in those areas should handle this, not the FBI. And there is no way the FBI is going to let itself get dragged into this political battle.

If we are going down the speculation based upon her career route, I'd point out that she is a trained, research psychologist with a background and interest in trauma, especially childhood trauma. People in social sciences tend to study what they know or what they really don't but wish they did. They tend to often pick very salient topics. But all of this is speculation as psychologists are people and often engage in the same types of behaviors as any other person. BTW, many women don't like talking about their experiences and often refrain from doing so with any depth with loved ones.
