I can honestly say that I cant remember the last time I got on I-4. I consider myself to be an even tempered individual but on I-4 I am prone to violence.

The most interesting thing about this process to me has been my education on the national and even local media. Before this hire I never really got into the day-to-day and moment-to-moment machinations of the coaching search process. However, a couple of Fridays ago Tilly made his post and then BTG made his and I was riveted from the start. A few days later I thought I should reach out to a source because I thought it would interest folks on this thread whether it was believed or not. (And I know I have no previous track record here on these things, so it was just more to get the info out there because this thread is awesome). I knew the source would either have the information or not. They would not speculate. I've only posted a few times on the source's information, but, to summarize, Chip Kelly is going to be announced as our coach on Sunday.

But yet the media is spinning tales of all kinds of wild stuff. Even the local guy Dooley. All of these people are either liars, regurgitators, or useful idiots. And it appears to be playing out precisely how SS would want it to play out. Now today the story is that it's down to either Florida or UCLA. According to national media, Chip Kelly will decide between the two finalists within the next few days. It's playing out like a scripted reality show. Just as SS would want it, I suspect. I can hear it in a Ryan Seacrest voice: "And your new head ball coach at the University of Florida is.............................. CHIP KELLY!!!!!" Cue the music and confetti.

Anyway, have a nice Thanksgiving.
