I said we have a coach. That much it does tells us. You can string the other stuff together and Chip is the logical answer. I don’t care as long as the new guy year the SEC a new one like Spurrier and Urban. Get me my guy.
Here's ESPNs idea of news: Breaking News! Florida will hire a coach. If they do not hire that coach, they will hire some other coach. End of breaking news.
Living out here I can't imagine someone that big thinking UCLA gig would be better than Florida. At least we've been there a few times in recent memory. They have their best QB ever and still are having a hard time sniffing relevancy. Just MHO and 2 cents. Besides, isn't Florida closer to New Hampshire? In Gainesville if you make 5 mil a year you can spend half of that and get the best home in town. In LA to get a decent comparable home requieres literally twice as much. Not that coaches spend much time at home...I'm obviously bored and vamping waiting for some decent news. Go Gators.
My thoughts however unimportant they are, were hoping for Kelly first and Campbell second. Hoping I don't have to think about going further down my internal list than that....lol.
Well, I know a decent amount about UCLA football and I know A LOT about UF football. I think there is probably some pretty good reasons UF has won 3 NCs in 30 years whereas UCLA has won 1 (which isn't even recognized) in 63 years. We have 3 Heismans, they have 1. We have a on campus stadium, they have to travel to the Rose. Our all-time record is all-time record is 710–404–40 (.633). There all time record is 577–399–37 (.588). We are known as a football school, they are known as a basketball school. I bet if you look up players in the pros, All Americans, pretty much any quantifiable metric you can think of, UF football comes out on top over UCLA football. But I'd love to know, aside from being a lower pressure environment, what advantages you think UCLA football offers over UF football?

Haven't checked back in a while but man, it seems the wind has really come out of the sails here. Did I miss something?
