    Hazy cause I never drove but seems like the place I remember was where 13th became 441 N. But it was probably 1987-1988.

    OK. But they are very respected and have played in multiple final fours recently. I didn't say we were the worst program in the group. I would say we are top 5 of the 16.

    There are seriously going to be like 3-4 articles per day about Chip meeting with somebody. And every one of those articles will just point to a article from today or early tomorrow with no sources. Lol

    Again...Already covered. (as recently as just above in fact) This is based on one article by Pat Forde. Everyone else is jumping on it. Dooley shot it down FWIW. Forde also said his "sources" said that UF was not looking to dump Mac...24 hours after several here were all over it, and 1 day before Mac was sent packing.

    So let's "ASSume" for a moment we don't end up getting CK...

    A thought I had was imitate what Dabo has done....

    Make Shannon the "CEO" if you will. Then spend big bucks on bringing in:

    Jim Leonhard from Wisconsin as D.C.- 2nd ranked defense in the NCAA

    Mike Yurcich- Oklahoma State O.C.- #2 ranked Offense in the NCAA.

    I know it sounds "nuts" but I am just throwing it out there.

    Pat Forde said we will, in fact, hire a coach if we don’t hire Chip. 247 sent an “update”, “reporting” Pat Forde did in fact post it. Now nbcsports “breaks the story” that Pat Forde did write this column. Triple confirmation that “if” we don’t hire Chip, we WILL hire a football coach!
