Here's the thing though: at every stop, he had very few of "his guys." He inherited most of his staff at Oregon from Bellotti(w/the exception of DL coach Jerry Azzinaro, who is his compadre), had no ties to his assembled staff at Philly other than Azzinaro, his former UO player Michael Clay on ST, and later QB coach Ryan Day; the three followed him to SF. That is the extent of "his guys." Administrators above him assembled most of his staffs at all three places. I'm sure he's got a list of people he wants to hire and work with, but he's never really prepared his own staff; even that last year in Philly, Day was the only addition from his circle, the other staff changes in 2015 were name-brand NFL lifers.
Guys... Trust in Scrot Stooklin. I really believe this guy is the creme of the crop and is totally playing the media at this point. I bet ole Scrot is just giddy waiting and watching as the time passes, anticipating the moment he gets to stand up in front of all the media and declare that Florida is about to be back to kicking ass and taking names, all while Sabon, Smert, and Jumbo collectively sh!t their panties.
The Goya gave it away. I've learned chicken stock powder is one of the base seasonings for a ton of Latin influenced cuisines.
If you follow recruits and how they reacted to Kelly rumors then what we would lose, would be replaced by someone with an additional star.
Wood type is like flavors of skittles, everyone is different. For me, oak and hickory and I do not like fruitwoods at all. Had a large cherry tree come down in a storm, just called a friend who loves it for pork and he came and cut it up and ttok it away. Of course I am also a no sugar in the rub guy and typically do not sauce. Now at Christmas I do a spicey guava glaze on pork. You want sweet bbq, put some sweet sauce on it, yuk!
