I don't think Kelly is going to be talked into his coordinators by anybody. I suspect he's already picked them.

And I have no doubt Vilma mat try to push Shannon and may even be offered a position coach spot. I'm sure Sharty Skidmark will push Shannon as well and I'm almost certain Shannon will offer him a role.

But my point is simply that unless he's offer the DC role, which I doubt happens, Shannon is highly unlikely to take a demotion.
