It seems like the contract between SF and CK would have to stipulate or define what hired; employed; coaching means. You can agree to hire me after a certain date but if I am not employed, working, or performing job duties before that I am not your employee.

But is there indication he will be safe by signing after the fsu game? Maybe it doesn't matter if the University is prepared to write a check.

Hmmm...I am headed to Singapore at the end of the month. I have zero sense of smell so may be able to try one without vomiting.

Not that I think it would have been a good idea, but perhaps that’s one of the reasons we didn’t reschedule the canceled game this year? Get the season over with and get him signed?

Ever try the Beverly soda at the Coke museum in Atlanta? Not saying it’s the same as durian, but your expression would be the same.

Here in Issaquah/ Seattle, no sign of the Chipster, but it’s clear to see that Pete Carrol remains an idiot. The pass play that was intercepted in the Super Bowl a few years back and tonight’s blunder w the fake before half solidify him as a moron. Just sayin’ Very Muschamp/Nuss-like IMHO.

Durian is weird at first, but you get used to it. I love it now and the mere mention of it got me drooling. It's a weird smell but not entirely off-putting after you try it, almost like it makes sense after you've had it once or twice. It tastes delicious - slightly bitter, a bit sweet, and really creamy and custardy. Also a bit caramelly or coffee-ish? If you're in Singapore for a while, you should try it more than once. It gets expensive, but the pricier ones are definitely worth it.

Let me know if you have any questions about Singapore (especially food-wise) - I lived there for over two years until recently.

Durian does have a hot garbage kinda smell, but it’s not that bad. Some swear by its addictive qualities. Andrew Zimmern had issues with it because he tried to power thru it by swallowing a big hunk and the custardy texture made him gag. If he’d eaten it slowly, he would’ve been fine.

Call it payback for being the gate keepers for the first 40. ;).

No, seriously as I just rounded 40, I find women my age attractive. Funny, when I was a teenager I thought how old this woman I hooked up with was because she was 26. Now I would feel dirty, plus I’m married, but that aside, of course. :)
