Oh don't get me wrong. He's paying child support fully. And I did let him squirm a little when the judge told him how much he owed. He looked ready to puke. I politely then told the judge we'd come up with a budget and I only would take X. Judge looked at me like I was an alien. And in NY child support is til they're 21. Not 18. #sorrynotsorry

Don't you know you can buy frozen Boston Market Turkey Breast Medallions and Stuffing for about four bucks, pop it in the microwave for 4 minutes, stir once, microwave for 4 minutes more, and voila, a Thanksgiving dinner? Buy one for every mouth you have to feed and see their smiling faces.
Use a roaster. I baste mine with a mix of melted butter, chicken stock, white wine. Sucker comes out golden brown and practically falling apart. Oh and mear stuffing...the fat and juices and seasonings make that bird delicious. You'll be fine
