I know about 20 off the top of my head, without putting in much effort, that know who the President of UF is. Sorry but I have to agree with the other guy. Now some folks know who the UF President is...and knowing is half the battle.
Yeah, I'm damn serious. You keep making post like they're facts and you're in the know. Fact is you don't know jacks*•t and have been called out on it multiple times yet continue to post ridiculous stuff.
I don' really understand why yall are shitting on me. I have a point of view on this that is contrarion to most. So what. I'm still a fan talk nonsense on an interet message board just like you.
Agree. Slick has been cagey about all of this. No reason to expect the obvious last night. Still looks to me like there is a deal (either done or still very doable). Not just sunshine pumpin'. There's been too many high-level pieces & parts moving around for this to have still been in the but-snifin' stage. Once you get that much money plus the true decision-makers all in one room, there is mutual motivation, and together those are the ingredients that bake a cake.
"Kelly took a full week after turning down the Eagles in January of 2013. He also talked to the Browns. This is a good sign for Florida. No one, in Chip Kelly’s eyes, is beyond saving—including this forlorn football program coming off a triumphant win over UAB." Didn't Chip also supposedly have a deal to be the HC of the Bucs and backed out at the last minute? Not saying he is/did/will with UF. Just food for thought.
I assume you are no longer a virgin... when you got laid the first time, did you go around telling strangers about it or did you go to your brother, best friend, etc and brag about it to make a big announcement? Both sides want good publicitiy... announcing at an airport to a bunch of reddit wannabee reporters is not worthy of their time.
Why do I get the feeling that there's some individuals in this thread that would be more satisfied with their hypocritical skeptic opinions being proven right over Florida landing a big fish like kelly?
Because you're speaking as if what you're saying is factual or at the very least based on actual information. You are selectively choosing to believe only the rumors and smoke that are negative on the situation.
Yep...and I saw a quote in a non VIP thread saying he said it is signed. I am not putting to many eggs in the Goldkamp basket, but it does seem to align with some other things I have heard.
Well, I am an alumni of Florida so please, if you are going to be a fan of my school, please at least learn about the school beyond football. We are proud of our UNIVERSITY and not just the sports program.
In my opinion, CK will be the next HC at UF. Here's why: Anticipation, hype, and momentum, just like the game of football. Think about it, college football has somewhat peaked, Alabama is considered the standard, and interest is declining. Now, what would change that? CFB benefits greatly from UF thriving and Chip Kelly being present. The whole sport benefits from milking this circus as long as possible. Relax, it will all be over soon, and CFB will have a new buzz about it when it's done.
Lets just say, hypothetically, that the rumors we like (contracted signed, blah blah blah) are the "somethings" making it out. We see a post here, a tweet there that we like and everyone gets all excited, we rationalize why it happened that way, Stumple Stilskin is a genious, we are back, all Hail, Florida, Hail. Then someone comes out with a conflicting argument and now we are being lied to, Stinky mcStinkerton is on the hot seat, why are we all so stupid to believe such nonsense? Be honest, its quite entertaining. I suppose its just too much to ask that everyone consider the environment? I mean this is a chat forum. I dont see any Pulitzer Prize submissions coming from the content of this thread...maybe a new Comedy Central segment though.
Are you equating news breaking of a marque football coach being signed to a top 10 school to someome losing their virginity? There aren't 1,000 thirsty reports clamoring for the scoop on the virginity news.
