Pro's of UCLA for Chip: 1. He ruled the PAC 10 and it's set up perfectly again w USC having a weak coach. Washington is his greatest comp 2. Living in West Holllywood doesn't suck, no humidity 3. Winning NOW is probably easier in Pac 10 4. Pressure is there, but much less then here 5. His offense is likely to click faster there 6. Can recruit easily from there. Cons 1. He'd have to play Oregon once a year, the place he basically built 2. It's the big stage, but it's not the biggest stage like UF I see Pac 10 Titles but natty's? 3. Recruiting is solid out there, better here 4. Facilities, no on campus stadium. Play in Rose Bowl 5. Fanbase ....do they really care? (although it could be a plus) 6. UCLA is a basketball school ....always will be. So he's not the biggest boy on campus (figuratively not literally)
Bikini ban???? Grave disappointment.... So just mud slinging, insults, side-swipes, everybody mocking each other for how absurd their position is, how stupid they are for relying on this source and that...but soul soothing, eye pleasing titties...no place for that...
Well, if it’s were up to some posters here, SS would have been thrown out somewhere over Virginia if CK wasn’t coming back with them.
yeah and Chip would add to that weigh limit....although I'm sure if CK wanted to come back the low man on the totem pole would've flown Delta
So...you are saying we have a chance to get their ex-coach??? Well then, nothing to worry about guys. We have choices!
Yo @tilly Can we at least limit the titty/ass ban to working-business hours or something? Just as the prudes get bored with T&A, some of us men with pulses, get a little bored with the endless tight ass demands for perfect information, when there's none to be had--and the T&A is a nice off set to the mudslining, pot shots, digs, and side swipes. Just a suggestion.
think most would prefer to have an onsite stadium, as grand as the Rose Bowl is. And not share it w a bigger football school..
I heard his wife wants a Publix inside Haile Plantation so we can't stalk her while she's grocery shopping
It bothers me that Chip Kelly seems overweight. It bothered me that Mac seemed overweight. It bothers me that Phil Fulmer and Charlie Weiss are making major contributions to the National Obesity Epidemic. It bothers me that I am overweight, but I think football coaches should show a better example
Why is everyone hung up on "flew to NH to sign a contract"? We've seen lots of coaches get named as the new HC at various schools only to have the coach have second thoughts and back out a day or two later. I mention this because the contract is something hashed out after the announcement and there are terms agreed to "in principle" before the announcement. The school leaders and the HC of a major school are people operating at the highest levels of ethical and professional standards, supposedly, and a handshake and general outline of terms is all that's needed before a press conference. If UF says "we're paying you $XXXXX" and Kelly says yes, then you go ahead and have the press conference and work out the contract minutae later. I don't think the UF team had a contract for Kelly to sign, that doesn't make sense to me. The contracts are done later and are finalized after input from both parties. Kelly's agent wasn't even on the same coast. I think, like some others mentioned, that the UF team flew to NH to put a hard sell on Kelly. This wouldn't be a case of Kelly leading them on, it's just like any other sales call where the seller wants to show how much he "wants to make the sale" and isn't taking no for an answer. You don't call a potential customer and say "may I come see you", it's "I'm coming to see you, does this time or that time work best?" I think the UF team flew to NH to show Kelly how much he is wanted at UF and have put the best sell they can on him. It's now wait and see.
I saw very few "eye pleasing titties." Identical and grotesque mounds of silicone do not turn me on. Though I realize that I and one or two other posters are all alone on this. For reasons that baffle me.
