Yep I don't see any way the President goes there without this being a done deal no matter when they decide to announce it.

"not a chance" is as bad a phrase as "done deal".

There's a chance we swung for the fences and sent everyone up and got iced. Fuchs is a big sports fan. He may have wanted to go to show Kelly UF was all in on the program and to support Stricklin.

 

On top of that, if they failed to get the signature last night they would have stayed over last night and started back hard this morning. They wouldn’t have left so quickly.
