I agree Florida would typically blow this . However this was all Slim Shady (not Foley) no one else. He's the best hire we've made , only person vetted was CK. Scott knew what he wanted and he's bringing it home.

Just to clarify "done deal", means that everything is signed, vetted , done , completed, no chance of it falling out unless contract is breached "done deal"?

Or are we back to verbal agreements "bar some vetting issue"?
