Me too. Twice. HS hoops. Never missed a game either time, but like you said, I had no structural damage. Just hurt like mad and swollen after.
I played hoops and jammed my fingers so many times, but never had a dislocation until a few months ago playing with my kids. I was play jumping towards my son and he put his leg up at the last second in the dark and I instantly thought, uh oh, that doesn't feel right. Went to the light and my right ring finger was really messed up looking. My wife went pale looking at it. Strangely it didn't hurt that much. It just felt weird. Then a doctor popped it back into place and that hurt like crazy and continued to hurt for a long while. I had a slight fracture in mine so it wasn't completely healed for a few weeks. Hopefully Grier will be okay.
I hope anybody tuning in to this thread understands that we’ve taken this to a whole other level of fun and sarcasm. We’re not actual taking facial gestures and pained looks of gas as hints that he’s coming. Just relax and have fun with us. What else is there to do. We don’t control a single thing in negotiations anyway.
Using TOS sources. (I am not paying member, but was given this info earlier.) Backed by great work from our guys...and a bit of info that I just heard, I am considering an update to the weather forecast. Waiting to hear back from a couple contributors. Stay tuned.
