If Kelly is the man why would it take so long? Perhaps there are some red flags? Maybe it's that we were aware of the mutual interest from the beginning whereas during other searches we would not know when the negotiations began?

Well, I did my part to try and change the flow of not hitting F5 every 30 seconds, did some work and ran a couple of errands....still no white smoke.
