If they're currently working for other teams then maybe UF can't make them offers yet, but there's nothing to stop them from going ahead and checking the guys out, to make sure they want to make them offers when the time comes. And I tend to believe that if any issues arose with any of them that were legitimate concerns, CK would not consider that a dealbreaker.
