I swear, if I hear one more person concerned about Chip's personality... He can be our damn Forest Gump for all I care, as long as he succeeds.
You mention something here that I think is key on why this is taking a bit longer than we have seen in recent searches once the guy has agreed in principle. CK is a much different animal than Champ or Mac were and I can very much see being a much more meticulous person when it comes to this process....which actually is a very good thing. I still get the feeling at this time he is the guy....if it gets into next week with no announcement my feeling on that could start to change a bit. There is reason to act quickly here....just not too quickly as to hurt the program overall...The patience to me means both sides are doing their job. That said, thank you for the information, it is greatly appreciated.
I've been reading that Chip is using UF as leverage to get to UCLA. One of my good friends has his own sources and he texted me that despite how confident Florida people are, his people have been saying they'd bet on Chip to UCLA. Especially since this is taking a long time and Florida people went from cocky about it being done on Monday or Tuesday to not even sure if its going to happen on Friday. Smoke usually starts somewhere, it is kind of interesting to me that all of a sudden even Vegas moved on Chip to UCLA with the only people still being on the Chip to Florida train are Florida people and one Boise State fan.
