I agree with you. Just saying it would be dumb to pass on Kelly for Frost.

Just look what Stricklin and Spurrier are having to do now - the buzz is crazy over Kelly.

Buzz sounds like a dumb thing to consider but in college football recruiting it is a huge thing. It's not like pros with free agency and such. A coach is the single most important thing to a college team, and his ability to create excitement around the program is paramount.
