If we hire Chip Kelly, what happens with Frost? Is it possible he sticks with UCF for at least one year? Two very similar offensive philosophies recruiting Florida kids in 2018/2019 only 100-miles apart? I believe Kelly would have reached out to Frost to gauge where he was leaning before pursing Florida. Can you imagine Kelly at Florida concurrent with Frost at UCF? How does that work in regards to recruiting and just selling that "Oregon football but in SEC/Florida" thing? It would kind of water down the offering at both schools and they'd split recruits in certain situations. My point - I hope Kelly and Frost have coordinated with each other to make sure they aren't going head-to-head upon Kelly's return to football.
Just wanted to bump this.... as this is post #2 to this thread. What we had been hearing more or less from the beginning is the announcement would come sometime late this week. Guess what.. it isn't late this week yet.... I don't know if it will happen or not, but I think it will, and this crap takes time.
There is a difference in running with the bulls and being stampeded One is invigorating and the other gives you that run down feeling
Just think, Tebow was only 3 years old when this photo was taken. And so was Kaepernick. Truly an innovator and a man ahead of his time!
You tell me but that is part of the information coming from Nick and Spivey of what they have heard from whats going on behind the scenes. Supposedly there is a group of big donor boosters that really like Charlie Strong and are willing to help fund the best OC that can be hired to run the offense for Strong. That's the gossip !
Tennessee are fools. If i'm them i'm full court pressing Frost and making him and offer he can't refuse. But if I'm here, im sticking it out at UCF. No need to rush it and cash out going to a big school
