Interesting--if Scotch Stickerlin can close this deal, he will have done so with monies that were earmarked for Mac, but which he *caused* to stay with UF (and be diverted to his successor), and 49ner money...

IOW, it will be stupidly economical for UF to close on CK.

Frugal Foley would be proud; and the rest of the $EC would be blown away by that aspect alone, if they had a clue about spending money intelligently.... of course they don't, so this particular aspect, will be lost on them.
