Didn’t take it as a criticism. Agree with your analysis. Have been through the whole LOI to contract thing on the business side but can’t imagine getting it done as fast as this process must take. Tens of millions with a week or less to get it done before the twitterverse explodes with news before the ink is dry. Can’t imagine the amount of pressure both legal teams are under at this moment. But no pity for them at all; they are probably billing out at $750-1000 per hour for the last 120 hours. They are making bank on a deal like this!

What sucks for Stricklan is that he can't control this shit. He can't confirm or deny anything and he has to watch a rumor spin out of control.

Kirk Kirkland will jump on some of the more egregious rumors that may defame someone like Foley but other than that, I would expect him to stay quiet until an announcement is ready to be made.

 

I hate plain plane trips . Not exciting at all.
