I can confirm with confidence that it is a done deal and we are paying way less than I thought we would to get him. Apparently he wants a big assistant coach budget. Smart dude! One guy can’t do it all; a top notch coaching staff is on the way. We are landing a guy who is a top 5 college HBC when he starts. SS is teasing as he should. My Faith in our AD is through the roof. This part I don’t know but my guess is there is a plan for how to have this announcement have maximum exposure and therefore impact. Get those season tickets for next year; we are going to be Alabama of the East for a while. And if you were on the fence about showing up for the FSU game; take one for the team and watch the last game we play with a crap offense so you can take pleasure in never having to see a Doug Nussmeyer coached offense in Gainesville again!
