I responded to this and was about to hit "Post Reply" when I realized I'd misread it and that you were talking about Frost, not Kelly. So I don't know about Frost's view on that, but these were my comments on CK:

From what I've read Kelly is the type who couldn't care less where he is, as long as there's football there. His wife and kids' desires are of no concern, because he doesn't have a wife and kids. Football is his wife and players are his kids. I wish I could find it but at one point when I was doing some reading about him, I saw a story about how somebody went to his house in Philly or San Francisco. It was a huge house but all he had in it were a bed, couch, TV and one bar stool at a kitchen counter top. lol

Devil's Advocate time: We haven't had a bachelor HC at UF for as long as I can remember. With Chip Kelly being a single guy, divorced with no kids, should we have any concerns about him being tempted into any kind of situation that we'd find out about when Gloria Allred hosted a press conference to announce a lawsuit by her latest aggrieved female client(s)? Just asking in light of the climate these days when it comes to that stuff.

That depends. How old was Chip 40 years ago? 13? No telling what he was hiding under the mattress. Let's hope he didn't share jokes from Hustler magazine at the cafeteria table.

 

We don't have to worry about him quitting to spend more time with his family, we don't have to hear all the empty reassurances of how much his wife likes it here, and if he wrecks his motorcycle with a hot blonde in tow, it's his own damned business. He's perfect!
